I previously purchased a standard-rate Paspartoe card but am now eligible for the free Paspartoe card at the discounted rate. Can I get my money back?

We'll convert your card to the discounted rate for free, enabling you to enjoy increased benefits from then onwards. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund the 5 euros.

The discounted Paspartoe card is valid for 1 year. How can I renew my card?

Discounted Paspartoe cards are automatically renewed as soon as your entitlement to the increased concession has been verified. Haven’t yet received your automatic extension, but are entitled to increased concession? Then visit a point of sale with the recently awarded sticker from your health insurance company or your voucher.

I provided my email address when submitting my Paspartoe card application but haven’t received any Paspartoe newsletters. Why not?

Paspartoe doesn’t automatically send the newsletter to all cardholders, only to people who explicitly request it. You can amend your preferences via https://www.uitpas.be/profiel/instellingen.

I’m a student enrolled in a Dutch-speaking college/university in Brussels. I’m not domiciled in Brussels but am eligible for an increased concession. Do I qualify for the Paspartoe card at a discounted rate?

Enrolled at the Free University of Brussels/Odisee/Erasmus University College Brussels/the KuLeuven campus in Brussels/Luca School of Arts (Brussels department) and believe that you qualify for a Paspartoe card at a discounted rate? Then please contact your school's student administration.

How can I use my annual digital culture voucher?

Every year, all Brussels-resident Paspartoe cardholders receive a digital culture voucher worth 6 euros. You can use this to obtain discounts at cultural events run by Paspartoe partners. If the activity concerned costs 6 euros or less, then you pay nothing. If the event costs more than 6 euros, then you pay the remaining amount. The culture voucher isn’t valid for activities that cost less than 2 euros. Simply notify the Paspartoe partner that you wish to use your culture voucher.
